Product Found Faulty on Arrival Or Fault Found Within 30 Days
For peace of mind we offer a full no-cost exchange on any confirmed faulty goods within 30 days from date of delivery to you. However, we ask that you first contact us to trouble shoot the issue.
If you have done this and are still experiencing problems, please email us at sales@ozmicrochips.com.au to report the issue and we will advise a solution including how to return the goods if deemed necessary. Products must be complete and in as new condition, including, all internal and external packaging, accessories, cables, instruction manuals etc for that product along with a copy of your receipt if you have it or date of purchase. Note, these are all a part of your purchase and must be returned. Please do not write on the product packaging! Please attach an addressed envelope and insert details/report etc inside the package.
Note: If product is returned and not found to be faulty, then you will be billed a small service fee – see “No Fault Found” below.
If the fault is confirmed as a “major fault” not caused by you, we will immediately arrange a replacement or refund if no replacement is available. If product is not in stock, we will offer you a refund. If it is a “minor fault” not caused by you, then you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced but not a refund.
It is under our discretion on whether we accept returns for microchips. This is due to the nature of the product. If under certain circumstances microchip returns are accepted, they must be unopened, unused and the 10 microchips must be in the correct package it came with as they are under the same batch number. A 20% restocking fee applies and will be deducted from your refund. We ask that you please choose carefully and make sure you have the correct items in your cart before purchasing.

Damaged on Arrival
Any products received damaged on arrival will be replaced with new. Claims for goods damaged in transit should be made within 24 hours from when you took possession. Transport companies usually will not honour claims after that period of time. It is important to understand that when you sign for goods, all liability shifts to you including any physical damage. So, please take a few seconds to inspect the package before signing or at least inspect within a few hours from receipt and, if damage is found, please contact us immediately. We will need to evaluate the damage claim after the products are returned.
No Fault Found
If the goods are found to be in working condition and not faulty as described, we will then contact you to advise our findings. The goods will then be returned with a small service charge of $45 plus an amount for freight costs. We will pay for return shipping costs for any items under warranty.
Goods Not Suitable for Intended Purpose
Ozmicrochips will also, solely at our decision, accept product returns if the product is deemed not suitable for its intended purpose. In this case we will provide you with a refund within 30 days from date of purchase. In some cases, a 10% process and handling fee may be charged. Credit of goods will only be provided after written notification and will only be processed if returned undamaged and within 30 days of receipt of goods. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
