How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat fee of $9.00 and includes insurance at no extra charge.

How long will delivery take?
We dispatch from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW. Delivery to all capital cities will take 2 -3 working days, all other areas will need to allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery.

Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders delivered via courier can be tracked online. Instructions are given via email when your order is dispatched.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cheque or Direct Deposit. Please view our payment information page for further details.

Is your site secure?
Yes, our site is approved by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and is secured by 256 bit encryption ensuring your information is safe and secure.

During checkout you can tell our site is secure by the change in our web address from “http” to “https” and the little padlock displayed on the bottom right hand corner of your browser.

What registration do you offer?
You can purchase microchips with lifetime pet registration to The Australasian Animal Registry or Central Animal Records

Who needs registration?
QLD, VIC and ACT implanters are required by law to include lifetime registration with a licensed registry such as The Australasian Animal Registry or Central Animal Records.

SA, WA, NT and TAS can also purchase to add value to their microchipping service. AAR and CAR both operate Australia wide and is a trusted pet registration service.

Our Microchip & Rego Package is an ideal solution, taking care of your microchip and registration needs for one low price.

Do I need to have an account with AAR or CAR?
No. Simply complete the forms supplied and AAR/CAR will automatically process your registration. The pet owner will also receive confirmation in the mail from AAR/CAR.

Do I have to pay extra for registration?
No. The registration fee is included in the price. Simply complete the form and send.

I implant in NSW do I need do buy registration?
No. NSW implanters need to register owner details on the NSW run registry, this is free.

NSW implanters are required to enter details at www.petregistry.nsw.gov.au or by mailing details to their local council. We recommend you purchase ISO FDX-B Microchips

I implant in VIC/QLD/ACT, can I buy your microchips without registration?
Yes, but only if you already have arrangements with another licensed registry as you are required by law to include lifetime registration when implanting.

Can your microchips be used in Australia?
Yes. Our microchips are approved for use Australia wide and comply with all Australian standards. You are required to use ISO FDX-B Microchips when implanting in Australia.

Will your microchips work with my scanner?
Yes. We guarantee our microchips will work with your current scanner.

What type of microchips do you sell?
Our microchips are ISO FDX-B and transmit at 134.2khz. ISO FDX-B microchips are the most commonly used microchips in Australia and meet all Australian standards.

I need 60 microchips, how many packs should I buy?
Our microchips are sold in packs of 10. So if you require 60, please purchase 6 packs of microchips.

Do your scanners come with an Australian warranty?
Yes, all our scanners come with a full 12 month Australian warranty.

How can I be certain the scanner will read my chips?
If you are currently using a certain microchip type, have a look at the products information. If it states that it is an ISO FDXA, ISO FDXB or HDX then the RT100 will be able to read it.

What is the main type of microchip used today?
In Australia and in most part of the world the ISO FDXB microchip is mostly used. The RT100 is guaranteed to read all ISO FDXB microchip types.
